Deployment automation from GITHUB to AWS from Amazon?

It is very inconvenient to upload binaries to file hosting and download them via RDP clients to Amazon host machines.
Is it possible to attach some runners to the github so that the webhook catches the push to the master and builds the application on a remote machine?
Well, or at least just throw some command. for example

$ deployer-cli ./Release 18.43.256.28 "C:/services/apiserver"

It doesn't fit anywhere.)
