Deploying an IMAP mail server

There is a domain for a startup site. I would like to write a beautiful postal address in business cards, such as [email protected]_domain. At the same time, I would like to conveniently work with mail, through the opera, and sometimes through a simple web interface (well, it happens sometimes from a cafe or from a phone). Can someone write an article on implementing this (server on linux). By the way, is it possible to use one domain for two servers? For example, on one server a startup site (highly loaded), on the other (much weaker) all sorts of chips - mailer, jabber, svn.

I would tie it to google mail.
And articles on setting up IMAP, and so at least eat with your ears.

Yes, I would not want to go to Google / Yandex. You never know who will read my mail there.

The domain can be used without problems on different servers. Domain records specify a list of mail servers whose addresses may not match the addresses of web servers.
