Deploy to tomcat doesn't work, what's the problem?

The problem is that the deployment to the tomcat does not work, I got the project with spring as a legacy collected by maven.
I added a configuration with the indication of the tomcat, I make the launch of the application, it starts but is not assembled, without changes.
then maven doing deployment gives error
Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-war-plugin:2.2:war (default-war) on project myapp: Could not copy webapp sources [C:\Users\user\Desktop \33\target\myapp-1.0]: C:\hiberfil.sys (The process cannot access the file because this file is in use by another process)
What am I doing wrong?
