Closed chrome, sent push, push didn't come. Basically logical.
I open the browser, but the push did not reach. It should be?

I decided. When sending a push from the server, you need to specify time_to_live . time of relevance of the push, by default it is 0. accordingly, when returning online, the push is not up to date
