Deletion protection on linux, which FS and tools to choose?

There is a task to restore sometimes accidentally deleted user files in the home directory and or, after the clumsy handles of new administrators, config files.
The question is which file system is easiest and best to use in order to achieve the fastest and easiest recovery procedure and with what tools (without disabling the screw and removing the image)

Maybe you shouldn't have switched to Linux.

BTRFS and this thing: https://github.com/nazar-pc/just-backup-btrfs
I take snapshots every 15 minutes for a cron with an SSD RAID array. For a few days, pictures are stored on the same array, for years additionally on a more capacious HDD, I highly recommend it.
Open a file for any time - just enter the folder with a snapshot for the desired date - simple and fast.
