Deleted some application from VK and stopped logging in to other sites?

Good day, I deleted one application on Vkontakte and now it has stopped logging in through the button (log in using VK) how to fix it, please help with this issue

If there is no way to restore at all, then generate a new one, fill it in beautifully.
Then take the new apiId and paste it into the widgets on the sites.
