I googled some options with sending posts to channels through my bot, sending a message to a group through a third-party bot, which needs to be determined by the group administrator, but just send a message to a contact and specify the delivery time, let's say 8 in the morning, so that it does not suddenly wake him up in the middle of the night, and go to bed - how would this be done?

That's it, the issue turned out to be recently resolved by the developers: the functionality is included in the official clients. After forming the message with a long tap or right-click on the arrow, we call up the menu and select "Schedule sending" / "Send later". There is also a silent send.
