Delay video playback when rewinding/forwarding. How to fix?

Actually, when rewinding the video with the keys on the keyboard, there is a slight delay, after the video is played. I don’t see such a problem with Firefox, maybe it’s in the engines? Is there a solution without upgrading the PC and switching to another browser? Chrome is my main browser.
