Delay of several hours when displaying LiveJournal posts in RSS feeds

Previously: LiveJournal → RSS = Instant.
Last couple of days: LiveJournal → RSS = several hours of delay.

The aggregator is Google Reader. Maybe, of course, Google is stupid, but suddenly this is “brilliant marketing” by LJ in order to increase the influx of people to the site (where, of course, there is an ad block). Or, to be a conspiracy theorist, so that Navalny's posts are read with a delay :-).

Who knows what's the problem?

Not a single rss in my Google reader is collected instantly.
It seems to me that he collects posts at some interval, probably depending on the popularity of the feed and the number of posts in it.
Before, when I didn't use Google, all feeds were updated constantly and mails came instantly.
If this can be somehow configured, I will also be happy to reduce the interval

Well, did you watch the RSS feed itself? Are there really no new posts?
// As I understand it, your friendland is all non-private? Or was there a way to get subkeys in the reader?

I have the same problem with my blog. Everything is ok with top blogs.
And yet, a very strange situation: in my Google reader, feeds are usually displayed only with new entries. But I decided to check my feed, I open all the posts, I go to my blog feed, and there is an unread entry that I was waiting for. It seems that the Google reader itself is buggy, chtoli.
