Decipher the inscription on the grave

What is encrypted here? The inscription on the pedestal from above: Vulfson Fedor Alexandrovich, 06/08/1947-12/13/2000 (not quite sure, maybe there is an error in some numbers)

A couple of considerations:
1) numbers, most likely - significant characters, not numbers.
2) if the characters are responsible for letters, the text is too short, so these are most likely syllables. Words are unlikely - again, 4 and 9 are repeated too often
3) it may well be that this is a melody, for example .
4) the clue is in the second symbol of the first sequence. A Google search did not give similar characters in any cipher.
5) I doubt that this is a real alphabet - the primary simple characters (such as x and arrows) somehow do not fit well with the complex second character and z.

Some ancient letter, which people were most likely fond of. Ask on the forum about historical linguistics.

Very similar to the Ainu runes, but not completely. The numbers are painfully modern in this line.

The inscription seems to be enlarged and transferred from the handwritten one - characters are too motley and careless. With a high degree of probability, it can be assumed that the author himself is deceased. Therefore, the meaning must be sought in his hobbies / profession.
I would guess that these are groups of numbers, not words. Possibly dates.

Also note that there are Latin letters X, Y, Z. Maybe this is a formula or an equation?
Google image search does not find any of these symbols individually, or even anything similar...
