Debian how to transfer memory from one partition to another?

When installing the system, I chose to have the home, tmp, etc. folders on separate partitions. But I didn’t pay attention to how only 10 GB remained in the main section. Please tell me how to throw another hundred there now?

GParted will help you - download the boot image, burn it to a USB flash drive or disk, boot from it and partition the disk as you need.
Before resizing partitions, save important data somewhere.
