Debian 9. Constant CPU usage?

Hello.
Installed Debian the other day. I have never used Linux before. So if possible, explain in more detail the solution to the problem. The bottom line is this - the computer lags terribly, shows a high processor load. Launched firefox (5-6 tabs), sublime, telegram, filezilla. Which application I use at the time of the check, then it loads the processor. The computer is normal - i7, 8gb. Everything was ok before on Windows.

I bet you don't have the correct video driver.

Most likely, it strains the rendering of windows. Turn off plugins and add-ons in firefox.

LA 0.7 on a processor with 4/8 cores is not much. I suspect that the brakes are not related to the processor load.

Where? System downtime 80%. Thoughtful problems.
