Debian 10 -- how to set up wi-fi and DNS from terminal?
Installed Debian 10 on an old laptop, but decided not to install any DE, bare console.
I can’t even do the simplest apt update
, I get name resolution error in different variations.
Tried a bunch of tips from the internet. Tried to include systemd-resolve - did not help. I also made various changes in the configuration files, such as /etc/resolve.conf, etc., nothing worked.
Then I noticed that ping 8.8.8.8 also gives Network is unreachable.
I don't know where to start. Need advice)
