Deban update issue?

Hello everyone, I did another update of the system, as a result, a trouble came out

[email protected]:/etc/init.d# sudo apt-get install -f

обновлено 0, установлено 0 новых пакетов, для удаления отмечено 0 пакетов, и 27 пакетов не обновлено.
не установлено до конца или удалено 1 пакетов.
После данной операции, объём занятого дискового пространства возрастёт на 0 B.
Настраивается пакет initscripts (2.88dsf-59) …

tried apt-get clean,remove and so on nothing helped.Distr
Linux shadow 3.18.0-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.18.6-1 (2015-02-24) x86_64 GNU/Linux

reboot, then sudo apt-get install -f
aptitude update && aptitude upgrade

For me it was caused by broken links like K20.depend.boot when updating. I just backed up and consistently demolished all links on all runlevels. The solution is clearly not very constructive, but I think the direction of the search is the right one.

First of all, you need to comment out all the left turnips, if any, and do it.
Then remove all information about broken packages:
Clean up the wrong dependencies:

apt-get clean
apt-get autoclean
apt-get autoremove

And fix the dependencies: Copy-
paste from here
Itself was updated from 7 to 8 according to this guide, it went without any problems.
