DE forms two desktops. Can I display them on different monitors?

There are two desktops "left" and "right". I want to throw different programs on them and show them on different monitors. There are a lot of decisions where people do different things with monitors. For example, they show one table on two monitors. Or they show two X's on different vidyuhi and different monitors with different keyboards/mouses/logins. Or they virtualize the second video and give it, for example, to Windows to play Contra :) Etc. But as I wrote - can you do it?

On debian 8 + xfce this is done automatically, the table is split in two. On one video monitor, for example, on another browser. But if you change the workplace in the system, then everything will also change on both monitors.
