As far as I know, there are no decent DC++ clients for *nix. I will be glad to be wrong.
But under Windows the situation is different, in my opinion, almost all forks and mods of StrongDC ++ have web interfaces.
And under Vine, most plow with a bang, moreover, in some places in the changelogs I saw edits specifically for Vine!

eiskaltdc++ had a wt-based interface, you can pull the old version from git or download from the launchpad if you have saved
