DB for arrays and matrices?

Good afternoon, dear ones.
Do any of you know of existing NoSQL open source distributed databases, primarily focused on storing arrays and matrices containing double and int, as well as with the possibility of extending search functions. Having client libraries for PHP/Python is a huge plus.
