db explorer with Sybase SQL support

Looking for db explorer.

Requirements
* Support for Sybase SQL in the Sybase ASA v5.0
variant * Sanity
* It is highly desirable to be able to show "refencing tables" as in Magic DB explorer

platform does not matter. also a plus will be free software

At one time, the administered seabase was crazy about Embracadero DBArtisan. He knew how to do everything, and there was nothing more to dream about. True Seabase was Sybase 9 ASE

Native Sybase PowerDesigner + standard client, comes with the ASE distribution
in PowerDesigner, you do reverse engineering and that's it ...
