Daylight Saving Time?

My HTC Wildfire (Android 2.2) went into daylight saving time yesterday. The system time (Android) was translated completely and independently, and the HTC Sense time was translated somehow strange.
All belts were correctly transferred to HTC Sense, except for my current one (was GMT + 6, Novosibirsk), i.e. time has not moved forward. As a result, I changed the time to Yekaterinburg, where everything is ok.
Does anyone know what is the problem?

I had a leapfrog on HCT HD2 (WM) last year. The time was moved two hours ago, and no matter how I translated it, it itself was translated back during the day. Such things are treated by installing a more recent firmware.
