Date input limitation in Google Sheets?
Good time everyone.
Tell me, is it possible to somehow prohibit entering a date older than the current one in Google spreadsheets?
The situation is this - there is a common table. It is necessary to forbid date entry "from the past" in the selected columns. For example
, a line filled with yesterday and with yesterday's date in the cells does not change.
But after adding a new line, you can enter any date in the date cell, with the exception of "past dates" (for example, enter today's date and future dates IS POSSIBLE , but yesterday's and weekly / monthly prescription is IMPOSSIBLE )
Just like when copying lines into a document, "obsolete dates" were erased/replaced with the current ones...

The first part of the question can be solved by data validation (see "data validation" menu). Without a clear example of the Table, it is impossible to say what to do next.
The second part can be solved with the help of scripts and data control. For example, using range protection or archiving. Without an example of the Table, it is definitely impossible to say something.
