Comrades, we need a database of countries where there is a Russian-speaking population. Zimbava doesn't need any.
I would like:
- the database to be up-to-date and preferably a project that periodically updates the databases
- translated names (for example, moscow region)
- coordinates
- a primary key is needed in the table of all territorial entities
- a country code in ISO 3166-1
Required:
- Crimea is part of Russia
desirable:
DPR and read South Ossetia as independent entities
