Database of addresses in Russia

Good afternoon!

Please tell me, maybe somewhere it is possible to find a database of cities and streets in Russia. Preferably with geographic coordinates. Preferably in a free form for use, i.e. like a cladder for example.

I looked at the cladrus, but it is crooked (for example, Krasnodar is on the second level there on a par with the Krasnodar Territory), and there are no coordinates there.

I have been working with KLADR for several years. It is certainly crooked, but I have not seen a more up-to-date and frequently updated reference book.
Krasnodar is there at level 3 (city) inside the Krasnodar Territory. Read again the documentation for KLADR.

I recommend using the FIAS database, because all state. and not only departments are moving to it as a standard. You can download it here: http://fias.nalog.ru/Public/DownloadPage.aspx

I didn’t work with the cladrum - but are there training grounds for subjects of the federation and districts within regions, and maybe even districts inside Moscow / St. Petersburg?

Didn't find what you were looking for?
