Database in Windows Phone 8.1, what works?

Surely someone is developing more or less serious applications on WP8+. Faced a problem - I do not know where to store the data. Now everything is serialized to a file - during operation, you have to keep everything in memory. Hence the question: what are the options for storing relational data, preferably with support for L2SQL or EF?
