Database downgrade. How to make a backport?

There is a database created in Microsoft SQL Server 2019. There are ".mdf" and ".ldf" files, as well as a backup in .bak format.
How to downgrade a database and import into Microsoft SQL Server 2012? There are no complex structures in the database, there are only nvarchar and int data.

No way. MS SQL is not backward compatible. Only unloading (exporting) data, creating a new database and importing data there.
