Data warehouse for a small company?

We use bitrix24 in our work. At the moment, we have enough free TP, but there are several remote developers and the option with a local “file-garbage” has disappeared. We are looking for a service that allows you to delegate the company's data storage infrastructure. Exchange of conference recordings and more, more, more. We looked in the direction of dropbox, but the prices are very embarrassing. We do not consider it expedient to keep our remote server, because it needs to be serviced, monitored, backed up, etc., etc. These are extra resources, both temporary and monetary. Ideally, it is necessary that the service provides access control, at least each person is allocated their own folder, as a maximum, full access rights, to whom, what, where you can and cannot do. Maybe there is such a world?

Google Apps. There is a disk, and separation of rights, and many more useful services.

remote server…… it is necessary to serve, monitor, back up, etc.

Have you heard about server rental? Here you will be served and backed up and set up and technically supported. And it costs 100-200 euros per month.
Expensive?
Rent a file washer, almost every shared hosting provider offers one.
For example, Zenon gives 10GB in the trash for ~ 250 rubles per month (for those who don’t have enough, you can take more, the price will be proportional)

If you use Yandex, why not look towards the Yandex disk?

safesync.com - everyone is allocated their own folder, there is a shared folder with separation of rights, documents are stored both locally and online with synchronization. In practice, nuances came to light, I'm interested - I can unsubscribe

There is also SugarSync - it is positioned as a DropBox Killer at prices, I have not used it myself.

At the moment (2018), there is a module in Bitrix24 "Cloud storage" , which allows you to transfer uploaded files to supported storages.
That is, from the user's point of view, nothing will change - they will use Bitrix in the same way as before, but all files will be stored in the connected cloud storage.
For 2018, the following services are supported:
- Amazon Simple Storage Service
- Google Storage
- OpenStack Object Storage
- Rackspace Cloud Files
- Clodo.ru
- Selectel
- HotBox
We in the company (20 people, 10 actively work with files) use the option with Selectel and for 2 years 80+ GB (storage + traffic) ate about 3-4 thousand rubles.
