Data parser from Yandex market / e-catalog is possible?

It is required to parse once a week data for a new product from the Yandex market platform.
Previously worked with such a module https://opencartforum.com/files/file/1686-parser-m... but the developer stopped providing support. Interested in whether this module can be made to work correctly, or used on the side. Site on the opencart engine, does the upload work through CSV export import? or you can drive the data into 1s, and unload from 1s by exchange. As far as I know, Yamarket is not a simple platform for parsing, but since there are a lot of goods now and it was previously parsed through Yamarket, I would not really want to change the source.
