Does anyone know where you can legally get data through the API about cultural events taking place, for example, in Moscow? For example, concerts. I looked around sites like afisha.ru, but none of them share their data and it’s not clear where many services get them from - I doubt that they track and fill the database each on their own. Of course, you can set the parser, but this is an extreme measure. If someone has information - tell me.

What events are you interested in? Only Moscow.
We have a service http://actionlis.ru . This is a concert notification service. At the moment, only Moscow, but this month we will also launch Ukraine.
We collect information about all the concerts in Moscow (of course, it will not work to collect 100%), but there are definitely all significant ones.
There are plans to develop an API, they even started doing it.
