Cyrillic generated in fontsquirell does not work

In general, I try to convert this font using fontsquirell , but for Cyrillic, the font does not change. When entering Latin, everything works. With what it can be connected?

Better take this webfont.ru/font/hagin
Perhaps only the Latin alphabet was set in the settings
