cv2.imread() not reading file?

I got one problem related to the open cv library, which I can not solve in any way. The fact is that cv2.imread () either does not accept or does not see the address of the file and I cannot load it, the file is in the same folder with the program, and even if the full path is specified, nothing works. Help solve the problem.
