Customize the appearance of Wordpress announcements?

Good afternoon experts!
When creating the site, there was an insurmountable problem associated with the withdrawal of article announcements.
I tried to implement it by editing the code and using the Content cards plugin.
In general, I liked how the plugin implemented this, but there were a few "buts".
Now everything looks like this.
I would like to do the following:
1) The picture of the post is not displayed (probably a cant in the plugin) - fix
2) the description of the article is not displayed (probably a jamb in the plugin) - correct or insert the text of the announcement of the article in its place
3) In the title articles remove the name of the site (Planck instead of Planck-makeyourself)
4) Make the output of cards in 2 columns
5) at the bottom of the card (under the description and above the logo) - display the date of publication and the tags (tags) that the entry belongs to.
6) at the very bottom left (next to the site logo) display the number of views of the record and the number of comments (eye icon and comments).
Since I am not able to master this myself (due to the lack of knowledge of php, js or whatever else is needed), I wanted to ask.
Are there people who can implement this and how much will it cost. If we agree with someone, we will discuss the details in more detail.
PS do not judge strictly for the site, I'm just learning and it's still under development by poking, clapping and trials.
