But I haven't found a single worthy course, guide, or tutorial on how to create a CMS from scratch... Well, as a CMS, there are no particularly difficult tasks. In general, the framework does not impose a project structure, as long as the configs are correctly configured and the core itself is correctly used to create its functionality.
It is worth trying the existing CMS on laravel (October CMS is one of the most), writing your own from scratch is only for self-development or the inability to use existing ones
