Custom header?

Good time. There are many different sticky headers, some are just static, others retract and reappear depending on the direction of the scroll, others shrink as you scroll down and then stretch again when the page is scrolled up.
But, I could not find a header that would combine different effects.
We need one so that when you open the page it will be tall, with a large logo (if it’s a desktop, and if it’s a tablet or smart, then it would appear immediately compressed, like on a classic bootstrap), disappear when you scroll down the page, appear when you scroll up, but in a compressed version, when scrolling to the beginning of the page, it unclenched, returned to its original state (if desktop, if smart or tablet, then compressed).
