Current symfony documentation in Russian?

I googled it, didn’t find anything particularly on symfony, mb someone will tell you resources (articles, manuals, video tutorials, in general, what is useful for a teapot) to study the first framework =)
And another question is whether it is necessary to own OOP to study, before that I wrote only in procedural .Well, in general, some advice, except for switching to another language, it would be nice to hear. Thanks in advance

As noted above, first OOP and basic concepts. To make it clear in practice why frameworks are needed at all and what task they perform. I recommend the book by Matt Zandstra - PHP: Objects, Patterns and Programming Methods (preferably in paper version) + www.phptherightway.com (there is a Russian version, but it seems not quite up to date, although it will do for the first acquaintance)
According to the symphony, here is a guide to creating a blog: tutorial.symblog.co.uk but it's in English. There was a Russian version, but apparently the author's enthusiasm has dried up :) If it's very difficult with English, I can look for a backup of the Russian version. Once saved, just in case)
ps English is also required. And then you won’t be able to dig further than a simple application in the end.

Symfony for the first framework and especially not the best choice for you. Start with something as simple as possible. e.g. slim, lumen

No, it won't. Symfony is dynamically developing. In Russian, no one will support the documentation. Don't even look. Learn English, a developer can't do without it.
