CUCM 8.5 Desk phone integration?
The specified feature does not work, searched the entire Internet to no avail, but did not find an answer.
What is:
1. CUCM 8.5 (goes for authorization in LDAP without SSL)
2. Win 2008 ldap (not administered by me)
3. IPhone Cisco Jabber application (last from the repository)
4. Cisco 7911 phone (SCCP)
5. User - Me (my login in LDAP)
6. Authorization in LDAP for other services seems to be completely working.
Everything is configured as far as possible according to instructions from Cisco.
When I try to configure the Cisco Jabber Client in the CTI Manager logs, I see the following:
CtiProviderOpenFailure - "CTI application failed to open provider" application startup failed
Reason code.:-1932787595
Reason code in decryption means the following:
CTIERR_DIRECTORY_LOGIN_TIMEOUT
- This error indicates that there is a directory login
time
out
