Ctrl + Shift + Z (redo) feature not working?

The "return back" functionality stopped working, checked the keymap there, the bind as it was and remained in the Edit tab for undo / redo.

But ctr + z works and shift doesn't.

Who had this?

phpstorm 2019.3
