CSS prepros not working?

Good afternoon!
I installed Prepros, worked, turned it off, I can’t turn it on the second time.
What to do.??
PS I completely reinstall, it works well, but only once.
How is this problem solved, has anyone experienced this?

The 5th version was recently released, there is a problem with it.
I observed this with version 5.0 - the application does not end. I have to kill through the task manager (I'm in Windows).
After updating to 5.1 the bug disappeared.
ps: I use the 4th version in my work, because I didn’t buy, but in the fifth every 12 minutes a pop-up asking for dough.
