CSS Peek in Visual Studio Code not updating rules?

Hello everyone
I saw an incomprehensible problem when testing Visual Studio Code
The CSS Peek plugin does not see new css rules for new HTML elements

The simplest code, for testing:
The folder with files is added to the workspace
There is no Cyrillic
css in the path, the path is checked

So far, only this helps:
In order for CSS Peek to see the changes in the file, you have to reload Visual Studio Code
