At the moment I have 2 chrome extensions, where you write CSS and it is immediately embedded on the page, if everything is ok, I transfer it to my CSS file. The problem is that these extensions are so clumsy - they do not save sessions, close half the page, and so on.

If you want to edit css in the browser and at the same time it was immediately saved to your file on your computer, use Emmet livestyle
