Css, js and images not loading on android WordPress?

Kind.
I set up a site on WordPress, connected css, js through functions.php and uploaded it to hosting.
I check on a PC - all styles work. In inspector mode, the adaptive works.
I check on a cell phone and on a tablet with android - css, js, image are not loaded?!
Help :(

Hello again!
1) check that wp_head() & wp_footer() are connected correctly
2) I hope that the style.css file contains the correct title for the theme (although I don’t see the style.css file itself)
3) I hope that the scripts and styles are connected correctly via functions with connection order.
