CRUD in PHP like tables in ms access how?

who knows a tool for working with a database that looks like ms access, I need to do it on the web.
In other words, I need to open tables, put the cursor in the place that needs to be edited and immediately change the data, leave the cell and that's it. Without additional hassle, such as buttons to start the editor, save, etc.
I need a convenient tool for editing a large amount of data with the ability to "multiple" data filter.
On ms access, everything is already ready, and everything is simple and clear there. But I haven't seen anything similar anywhere on the web. I didn't even see a similar admin panel.

HeidiSQL is an application that allows you to do all of the above.
Ability to connect to the database - directly, through the ssh tunnel, through the php script tunnel.
The thing is very convenient - after using it you forget about PhpMyAdmin.
