Crucible, git branch merge possible?

We are considering the option of moving from merge request to gitlab towards a more functional crucible. A separate branch is sent for review, everything is great except for one moment - the need to manually merge branches, does anyone know how to make crucible merge branches when the review is closed?
Can you tell us what you did with crucible to make it more usable? Perhaps some customization or plugins.
