Cross browser version. How to make ie9 display everything correctly?

Hello everyone, I've run into a problem. The page design is displayed correctly in all browsers, but in IE9 it does not want to, help me figure it out. And make the donkey understand everything. Here is a link to the design of d.mensk.us

The font needs to be connected via @font-face, according to the idea it should help.
It is better to make a gradient through this service
Shift "optimally".
First, try adding .tovar-box ul li{position:relative;}
If it doesn't help, then

.recommend {
margin-left: auto;
left: 55px;
position: absolute;
top: -20px;
}
.tovar-box ul li .recom {

}

I don't know how to make the fonts display. and the gradient also doesn't work for some reason.
