Crome periodically writes that the certificate (HTTPS) is not reliable, how to fix it?

I called Google - they send off, they translate the arrows, they can’t say anything adequate.

But in fact, only in the Chrome browser a certificate error periodically occurs.

Since Google refuses to solve this problem, and cannot help, I think to redirect to HTTP if such an error occurs.

Is it possible to somehow determine on the server (nginx) that the browser gave such an error and redirect to http?

The error occurs only in the Chrome browser, I had it on an Android device (latest) + Chrome and on Mac OS X Yosemite (10.10.4). On mac os x, the error was fixed by deleting all saved certificates from the system.

In all other browsers on these systems - the error never appeared. Only in Chrome and periodically, sometimes it doesn’t work, despite the fact that no changes were made either to the system or to the web server.

I don't know what to do anymore. The certificate can be viewed at the URL: https://www.ikmed.ru/

Even if it's not Google Chrome, how can you determine what's wrong?

Thank you!

Is your certificate or the sites you visit? Have you accidentally reset your system time? And just give an example of a site)
