Creating your own icons?

Gentlemen, the question is, I want to create (draw) my own icons, but I don’t know how to push them into html.
So, I am working in adobe illustrator. Here I drew an icon in .svg format. I drew 100 more of these icons. Now the question is, how do I cram them into the markup? How to connect? What folders to create and what tag to use for icons?

you can try it just like <img src="icon.svg">(as an image) and it will be displayed normally) And the rest should be written with styles)) Well, accordingly, this icon should lie in your root.
