Creating user balance on vue?

Hello! I'm trying to start working with vue and I would like to know if it's even possible to create a balance with replenishment in the admin panel and auto-debit for services purely on vue without Laravel?
Maybe some kind of plugin or at least a list of actions for the solution, if it’s not difficult, please tell me, in order to understand at least it’s possible or not ....

Without Laravel - it is possible and necessary, only on vue (or something else on the client side) - it is impossible.
In general, boy, with your understanding of network technologies, you can’t touch money at all. Seriously, if you don’t even distinguish a client from a server, it’s better to entrust it to professionals.
