Creating an MVP (web-app similar to Reddit) based on constructors, frameworks - what is the best solution?

The task is to make an MVP with the same functionality as on Reddit as quickly as possible.
It's just an MVP, not a full featured site.
In the presence of minimal knowledge and skills in the development, design. There is a complete TK and design.
Question:
What drag&drop constructors, or flexible, but simple frameworks, or "boxed" solutions exist today, where it is possible to do this with minimal immersion in writing code?
What solutions do you recommend and why?
Thanks in advance!
PS: The "find artist" option is not working for me.
There are either juniors/middles whose knowledge is the same or less than mine, or immediately the second category is senior/full stack, who are not interested in such development, even for a substantial reward. There is also the problem of interaction - I constantly move around the countries, and you can only work remotely, which is very ineffective when creating an MVP.
