Creating an infographic?

Please tell me software for creating infographics.
I'm interested in the presence of charts, timelines, perhaps sets of templates ... Does something like this exist?

The software is usually Adobe Illustrator, sometimes they do it in MS Visio. Templates and stuff are loaded there with additional libraries, usually unofficial ones. On deviantart.com you can find vector infographic stencils.
I can’t give links, because. I don't make infographics myself, but deviantart.com is definitely worth digging into.
