You need to create a VK bot with simple functionality. A person sends 2 types of data - the city of birth and the city of residence, thus this data is saved. Subsequently, he writes to find a person, again he writes the city of birth and the city of residence. How can you make this kind of bot? Maybe there are ready-made scripts. What do you need for this VPS or is a simple hosting enough?

Best of all on what you know: python, java, php, nodejs.
It would be better to use vps, more options and control over the environment.

As a person who works with js, React and other crap, I would advise Python for this task. In Py, in my opinion, such tasks are solved much easier without unnecessary garbage in the code.
