Creating a shared inbox for all users, displaying how many unread emails and logging in to their Exchange 2016 inbox?

Good afternoon, there is such a task: is it possible to create a shared mailbox in a domain where all users will be visible and a number is displayed (the number of unread letters). I’ll try to explain with an example: we have (manager 1, manager 2 manager 3 and manager 4), in the first line manager 1 9 (9 unread letters), on the second line manager 2 1 (1 unread letter), etc. We log in under manager 1, we see on the first line manager 1 on the next line of manager 2, on the subsequent lines of manager 3 and manager 4, clicking on manager 1 opens the mail of manager 1, if manager 1 has access to manager 3, then he can view his mail ( depending on the rights), since he does not have access to manager 2 and manager 4, he cannot view their mailboxes? How can this be implemented? Thanks

A shared mailbox is a regular mailbox, only with a blocked user.
Through a common mailbox, the task can be solved something like this (the solution will be slightly different from your description):
1. Create a common mailbox, create folders for each manager in the "Inbox" folder;
2. Assign rights to the mailbox and child folders in the Inbox to the right people through Add-MailboxFolderPermission and Send As rights;
3. Come up with a rule according to which you will arrange letters for managers and create appropriate transport rules.
The second option is to implement the above scenario through public folders (it will also differ from your description).
The third option is to write a separate application (client) that, using EWS,
