Hey! With enthusiasm, we decided to assemble a GPU cluster of 60 x ATI 7970, the questions arise - what form factor of the motherboard to choose, how to place it in the most economical area (possibly blades), and how to build a connection without loss of speed (infiniblade)?

Ahahahaha, now the glands have already gone purely for bitcoin mining as separate non-vidyuhi devices, at least if we consider a serious system with blades and infiniband, you will never pay back the system on bitcoin and even it seems to me 10 percent of it. On three powerful ati, you can now count bitcoins for 100-200 bucks, this is already comparable to the cost of electricity for them. The payback at home was due to the cheapest self-assembly and sticking three boards into one mother and soldering a little so that they would work in parallel.
